Wasn’t this woman supposed to drop off the radar? Or at least the face of the Earth?
Turns out her ego is as voracious as the one belonging to that other guy who defeated her last November.
Why does she continue trolling us so with her promises to vanish and retreat, only to resurface anew with an endless litany of escalating nonsense? This is a sordid political perpetual machine named Clinton. Amid the onslaught of interviews and agonizing sound bites that have spewed from her mouth during the past few weeks as nuggets enmeshed in her flagrant interview tour in which she ostensibly shills for her ridiculously quasi-instrospective tome, “What Happened,” there was this recent nugget of self-delusion voiced to an NPR interviewer.
Clinton continued her conversation with NPR, recalling a recent conversation she said she had with Facebook’s chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg, who told the former secretary of state that a woman’s unpopularity is directly proportional to her success.
“Sheryl ended this really sobering conversation by saying that women will have no empathy for you, because they will be under tremendous pressure – and I’m talking principally about white women – they will be under tremendous pressure from fathers and husbands and boyfriends and male employers not to vote for ‘the girl,'” Clinton said.
The question I would pose to Hillary is: what are you implying about “men of color?”
Are their political beliefs so weak, so vaporous, as to lack any influence with their wives and girlfriends? Or are you implying women of color have a greater sense of ideological commitment and independence than their White sisters?
Either way, Hillary…your nonsense is beyond exhausting. We need you to exit stage right (or left) immediately, for the sake of this country’s mental health and peace of mind.
