So there is this anonymous, unhinged slut (Jane Doe) from Washington and Lee University in Virginia who gave it up for an anonymous dude (John Doe) one night after a party in February, 2014. For all intents and purposes, everything was good, everyone was happy with the hook-up. In fact, the two connected on social media and had sex one more time. Then, on St. Patrick’s Day, it all went to shit when Jane saw John kissing another Jane. That planted the kernel of furious indignation in her little hamster mind and it festered over the summer while she worked at a health clinic that treated sexual assault victims. We know how women can be. Plant something in their little solopsistic heads and you can just step back and watch that shit spiral out of control. Women’s minds are like ivy, like weeds.
That summer, Jane also
…attended a campus talk from the university’s Title IX officer, Lauren Kozak, that discussed the TSM article, “Is It Possible That There Is Something In Between Consensual Sex And Rape…And That It Happens To Almost Every Girl Out There?” Come July, she was telling her friends she had been sexually assaulted, a far cry from the “good time” she told them about just months prior.
Eight months after their first night together, Jane Doe told the university’s Title IX officer she had been a victim of nonconsensual intercourse. John Doe appeared before the Student Faculty Hearing Board, and was promptly expelled.
In December, John Doe’s lawyers fired back, accusing W&L University of gender bias in violation of Title IX and furthermore, that Jane Doe’s “decision to claim rape was influenced by controversial statements made by the university’s Title IX coordinator Lauren Kozak.”
Now, thanks to U.S. District Judge Norman K. Moon, the case is scheduled for trial.
According to Moon, “Plaintiff’s allegations, taken as true, suggest that W&L’s disciplinary procedures, at least when it comes to charges of sexual misconduct, amount to a practice of railroading accused students.”
This is an egregious example of an unhinged slut being mentally comandeered by an educator to manipulate and exploit the self-serving definitions of “rape” and “gray rape” into public spectacles of revenge for hurt feelings endemic to dating and college hook-up culture, but surely nothing approaching “rape.”
Jane Doe was butthurt, and in normal times, she would just sulk away, get drunk, probably ease the pain of “rejection” by hooking up with another John Doe.
But we no longer live in “normal” times, do we?
A woman scorned is already unpredictable and unstable enough without having her lunacy institutionally enabled by authorities looking to perpetuate their “sluts as victims” agenda.
