Princes and charades of civility. Another waste of time wedding looms.

As I read, I was struck by the horror.

Must I endure this crap again? Another horrendous, soul-wrenching wedding of the royals?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will invite more than 2,600 members of the public into the grounds of Windsor Castle to share their wedding day, Kensington Palace said Friday.

The invitees will be able to watch the arrivals of the bride and groom and their guests at St. George’s Chapel, where the ceremony takes place on May 19, and to watch the newlyweds depart the castle on a carriage procession through the town of Windsor.

“Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle have said they want their wedding day to be shaped so as to allow members of the public to feel part of the celebrations too,” a palace press release said.

“This wedding, like all weddings, will be a moment of fun and joy that will reflect the characters and values of the bride and groom.”

Let me tell you something: the last time this type of carnival of fools shitshow happened on July 29, 1981, I equally did not give a flying fuck. Boring-ass. Weddings, royal or not, simply do not interest me to even levels of barely functional wakefulness. The spectacle, the pomp, the sheer artifice and stupidity of people caring about 2 lives they will never touch, and vice versa. Who cares about them? Harry and Meghan, BFD.

Come May 19, my ass will have more important things to do…like taking a big steaming crap, or something like that.

Anything is more enjoyable than this charade of civility. And toss in the new 21st element of a post-racial union and all the SJW adoration surely to accompany. This is the non-event of the year for me. It’s the “anti-event” as far as I’m concerned. If anyone thinks this royal wedding garbage really matters, I’ve got a bridge in Paris I’d like to sell them.
